If you do, your life will start changing for the better. And fast.
It happened to me.
My life shifted the moment I finally said yes to Spirit.
It wasn’t overnight. It was years ago. I was young, wild-hearted, and focused on having fun. But eventually, I had to face what I was ignoring.
Life banged me on the head—hard.
That was my wake-up call.
A spiritual slap, if you will. The moment life whispered (or yelled): Turn toward the Spirit within you.
And when I did? Things began to straighten out—quickly. Even though I had no idea what I was doing.
Where Do You Even Begin? How to Say Yes to Spirit?

Churches? Out of the question for me. I grew up Catholic and had enough experiences to know that wasn’t my path anymore.
So I looked elsewhere. I searched for ways to explore spirituality that didn’t feel forced or dogmatic.
That’s when yoga came into my life.
💫 And with it came a new world—spiritual talks, fresh ideas, expansive energy. I started waking up to the constant swirl of thoughts in my head… (thoughts I didn’t even realize were running the show!)
Let’s just say—they weren’t all that helpful. So I began the journey to heal. To lift my spirit. To reconnect with something real, loving, and whole.
The Journey of Self-Discovery
As I delved deeper into my practice, I discovered the importance of self-awareness. Each day became an opportunity to learn more about myself. I began to understand my patterns, my fears, and my desires.
This journey wasn’t just about yoga or meditation. It was about embracing every part of me. I learned to listen to my intuition. I started to trust myself more.
With each step, I felt lighter. I felt more connected to the universe and the energy around me. It was as if I had been given a new lens through which to view my life.
Embracing Spiritual Practices
Over the years, I explored various spiritual practices. From meditation to journaling, each method offered unique insights. I found that combining these practices created a holistic approach to my spiritual growth.
Meditation became my anchor. It helped me find clarity amidst the chaos. Journaling allowed me to express my thoughts and feelings freely. I could reflect on my experiences and track my progress.
These practices became essential tools in my spiritual toolkit. They guided me through challenges and celebrated my victories.
And Now? 35 Years Later
I’m here to share the gems I've gathered along the way (well, most of them 😉).
Because maybe you're where I was: Curious, unsure, ready—but not knowing how to start. And you felt it was time to say YES to spirit!

That’s why I created The Devoted Way—A private space, a safe container, a spiritual haven for those who are ready to explore, grow, and live from the truth within.
If you're feeling that nudge from within, don’t ignore it. It all starts with you. Inside you. With a little guidance and some steady devotion.
The Power of Community
One of the most beautiful aspects of this journey has been the connections I've made. Sharing experiences with others who are on a similar path has been incredibly enriching.
In The Devoted Way, we create a community that supports and uplifts each other. We share our stories, our struggles, and our triumphs. This sense of belonging is vital for spiritual growth. It reminds us that we are not alone on this journey.
Embracing Change
Change can be daunting. But it’s also a powerful catalyst for growth. As we open ourselves to Spirit, we invite transformation into our lives.
I’ve learned that embracing change means letting go of what no longer serves us. It’s about making space for new experiences and insights. This can be uncomfortable, but it’s also incredibly liberating.
Finding Your Path
Everyone’s spiritual journey is unique. What works for one person may not work for another. That’s why it’s essential to explore different practices and find what resonates with you.
Trust your instincts. Follow what feels right. Whether it’s yoga, meditation, or another spiritual practice, allow yourself the freedom to explore.
The Invitation
The Devoted Way is my invitation to you to get started or deepen your spiritual growth. It’s where you’ll find tools and talks you have never heard before. Get on my priority list to be the first to know about my program when it opens its doors again:
Let’s open the door to the spirit within you—together. Or deepen your journey on.
