You’ll start by identifying and acknowledging guilt which is a hidden force behind many negative thought patterns, and gently releasing it through acceptance and reflective writing.
Step 1: Start with Yourself
You’ll reflect on your life as it is right now, cultivating awareness without judgment and reconnecting with yourself on a deeper level.
Step 2: Establish a Morning Routine
You’ll create a quiet, grounding morning practice that includes breathwork, reflection, and intentional writing to orient your day with clarity.
Step 3: Cultivate Positive Thoughts
Rather than forcing optimism, you’ll learn how to recall and carry meaningful, positive experiences in a natural, embodied way.
Step 4: Manage Negative Thoughts During the Day
You’ll practice practical tools to interrupt negative thought loops using emotional anchors, memories, and everyday sources of comfort.
Step 5: End-of-Day Routine
Each day closes with gentle evening yoga and a simple nighttime breathing practice to calm the nervous system and support restful sleep.
