• All purchases are final unless otherwise stated under our refund policy.

• Payments are processed securely through our checkout platform.

• You agree to pay the listed fee in full or through an approved payment plan. Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or termination of access.

• Programs: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for online programs, provided you have engaged with the material (e.g., completed the first two modules).
   

• Memberships: Membership subscriptions may be canceled at any time. Cancellations prevent future charges but do not retroactively refund past payments.

• All materials (videos, PDFs, audio, written lessons, etc.) are for personal, non-commercial use only.

• We reserve the right to revoke access if misuse is detected.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Mexico / Bernalillo County. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
